Mo & Les: Ventilation and Efficiency

Less Ventilation, More Efficiency

As more offices adopt a hybrid work model, fewer people will be in buildings at one time. Fewer people in a building can translate to energy and water savings by adjusting the amount of outside air used during the hottest months.

Reset the ventilation of outside air by the amount of carbon dioxide levels. Using outside air when it’s the hottest uses substantial amounts of energy. Less energy lowers cooling tower use, reducing overall water use.
