JEFF GOULD
Jeff Gould has worked as an advisor, consultant and broker in the commercial real estate sector for more than 13 years, advising some of the largest public and private landlords, family offices, investors and developers on topics including investments, redevelopment opportunities and building modernization strategies for their portfolios of properties.
In his role as managing director for the Los Angeles Better Buildings Challenge, Jeff works with local commercial and multifamily property owners to identify and implement energy and water efficiency strategies that meet both their sustainability and financial goals. His background in finance and sustainability allows him to effectively communicate goals across channels from property owners to facilities managers in order to move efficiency projects forward.
In addition to his role with the LABBC, Jeff is also a principal and founder of Lineage Asset Advisors, a commercial real estate consultancy that works with families to develop a transition plan for their commercial real estate assets.
A graduate in finance from the University of Southern California, Jeff holds designations as a LEED accredited professional and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), as well as being a licensed California real estate broker. Jeff also serves as a board member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is an active volunteer with a number of local philanthropies.
