WAYNE ALLDREDGE
Wayne Alldredge has more than 30 years of energy industry experience with companies such as Johnson Controls, ABM, Equity Office, General Electric, JLL, VCA Green, as well as principal of his own business, Improvement Facilitation, LLC. This varied experience helped him lead a successful multimillion-dollar energy project for Intel, a long-term energy management program for the University of Phoenix and several ASHRAE audits for other clients. His work with Intel also included an advance water recovery project, which will save about 40 million gallons of fresh water a year.
As a current associate director for VCA Green and principal of his own firm, Wayne assists owners and managers in benchmarking and analyzing energy use, performing LEED gap analyses, conducting ASHRAE audits, creating energy conservation measures, retro and new building commissioning, providing conservation culture development, conducting continuous improvement “treasure hunts,” and operational training for clients such as Avalon Bay, Delta Faucets, Equity Office Properties, General Electric, Greystar, NBC-Universal, Ochsner Healthcare and Toyota.
